Sardine bread

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix warm milk and yeast and leave it for at least 15 minutes until it is foamy.
Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then add beaten eggs. Stir well with a spatula or hand. Then add the melted butter and mix well.
Add the yeast and milk and mix well (you can use it with a mixer or hands) until it turns into a paste. The dough will become sticky and smooth. - 2
Put the dough on the flour pad so that it does not stick to the surface. Spread flour on the dough.
Knead the dough with your hands on the surface or roller, as appropriate. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes.
Return the dough to a bowl and cover with a clean white cloth. Put the pan in the oven and let stand for about an hour. After an hour, knead the dough again for about 5-7 minutes and return to the oven for another 45 minutes to rise. Remove, then mix again. - 3
Crush the sardine. Then add the sardine puree, sardine oil, and stir. Now put the dough in a buttered bowl and spread it evenly in your pan.
Put a white cloth on the dough pan and grow it in a warm place for about 15 minutes—Preheat the oven to 280 degrees.
When the oven is ready, place the pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. Take it out, and it’s ready.

Ham & Mayonnaise Bread Ham & Mayonnaise Bread
I made this for my husband who enjoys bread on the side.If the dough doesn't stretch out, increase the resting time after the first rising. If you're impatient, place the ham on top of the dough and roll it out together. While lightly stretching the dough, roll it up. When using scissors, a deeper cut is better. It's okay if the bottom isn't perfectly level! It'll even out while baking. If they're are extremely slanted, push down on the baking tray a bit to even out. Recipe by xcaret cookpad.japan -
Basic Bread Dough For Butter Rolls Basic Bread Dough For Butter Rolls
Butter roll dough is the basic type used for snack breads.I have tried various ratios, and I am still experimenting...But this recipe is by far the best, so here it is.You can use margarine instead of butter! I used unsalted butter, so if using salted butter, reduce the amount of salt to about half. The standard-sized egg weighs approximately as follows;Medium-small size: 52 gExtra large sizes: 76 g (This is what I heard.)Use any leftover egg to glaze the rolls. When filling the rolls with sweet fillings, you can lessen the sweetness of your dough by reducing the amount of sugar to 10~18 g(or 5~9 g for 8 rolls). For 6 to 8 large buns. Recipe by Rarumu cookpad.japan -

When it is apple season and there are a lot of apples at the grocery store, I start to crave this bread.Line the pan with parchment paper (to make it easier to remove from the oven).Adjust the amount of sugar added to the apples to your preference. You can also top it with apricot jam mixed with some hot water. It will make the glaze bread, giving it a nice touch. This bread makes a good gift, so I bake it often. Recipe by DUFFYchan cookpad.japan -
Hand Kneaded and Very Useful Standard Bread Hand Kneaded and Very Useful Standard Bread
I'm a generally lazy person ; so I wanted to have a single recipe for both sweet and savory breads. I can't use this recipe for breads with a hard crust, loaf bread, or any bread that has something kneaded into it, but this dough works for everything else. You can change the butter to shortening if you are making a savory bread. Try various varieties.Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. The bread tends to become hard if you bake it for too long. Bake quickly at 200~210℃ for at most 12 minutes to get bread that is crusty on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and that stays tasty after time. Recipe by Recoty cookpad.japan -
