Ingredients

  1. Plantain
  2. Fish
  3. Onions,bonnet pepper
  4. Seasonings and spices of choice
  5. Egg

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and cut the plantain vertically about 1inch which,sprinkle some salt,fry and keep aside.

    Boil and debone the fish,set aside,add about 2tablespn of oil in a pan then add the grated onion and pepper,fry,add in the fish,season,add the spices and sprinkle some water,cover and allow to cook for about a minute or till the water drains.

    Get your plantain,put in the fish mixture and roll,pin the edge with a toothpick so it doesn't open up(my step by step pictures got deleted🤦‍♀️) dip in egg and fry in a medium heated oil.
