Okro soup with ogbono Okro soup with ogbono
#Ashlab.Okro soup has been one of the most easiest and quickest soup to prepare.some argue that okro takes a lot of time and energy to make, but for me I used the blender method to blend my okro and ogbonno due to the fact that I don’t like the smell that comes from ogbonno,So blending it together with the okro removes the smell and also gives it a nice taste. It’s known as miyan kubewa in Hausa.I love everything about okro soup mixed with ogbonno, especially that part of draw, which makes it fun while eating. Blending your belly pepper, chilly pepper with the garlic, onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed. California Farm Seafood Bisque Soup California Farm Seafood Bisque Soup
This is the most cooking fun you will ever have with leftover lobster shells, crab shells, shrimp or prawn heads, tails and shells, or an inexpensive can of shrimp and a can of tuna. Once you have eaten and served this elegant soup, and liked it, you can use frozen shrimp and a piece of frozen white fish. You can use turmeric and dried sweet paprika powder instead of saffron to give your shrimp bisque the special color you want. Hobby Horseman -

California Farm Beer Soup with Pork Hocks California Farm Beer Soup with Pork Hocks
Dad is the only one brave enough to eat pork hock trotters, the rest of the family prefers pork tenderloin. We butcher one piggy a year, the hind legs and front shoulders are turned to ham, that leaves the two front leg trotters, four pounds of meat when deskinned. This is my recipe adaptation from the oldest restaurant in Dusseldorf, Germany, called Zum Schiffchen. Napoleon ate there. They serve their hocks with the skin on.The beer marinade and pan drippings are used to make beer cheese soup. The pork hocks are served over home made sauerkraut. Leftover sauerkraut and pork mixed with slivered fresh vegetables make a a great eggroll. Hobby Horseman -

White Bean Soup with Thyme and Garlic White Bean Soup with Thyme and Garlic
Inspired by the way beans are cooked in The Art of Simple Food by Alice Waters, and the need to start using the thyme that is growing abundantly in my garden. I like this stew because the canned beans give it a buttery mouth feel even though it is a vegan dish. The thyme and garlic smell delicious. hilary -

California Farm Chicken Liver Dumpling Matzo Soup with Croutons California Farm Chicken Liver Dumpling Matzo Soup with Croutons
The perfect student dinner dish, only an inexpensive carbon steel wok needed and an electric hot plate. This was originally a dish from the city of Vienna. After restaurant kitchens close there at night, they used to mix leftover bread or Matzo crackers with perishable leftover meats like chicken livers, added onions and made dumplings for soup to serve the next day. At night, students could get a bowl of liver dumpling soup at the kitchen back door for 25 cents.#GoldenApron23 Hobby Horseman -

Panna Cotta with Milk Soup and Coffee Panna Cotta with Milk Soup and Coffee
RoutineDear Meggy,I never truly understood the meaning of this word until today. Each of us does little things automatically every day, without really thinking about them. These small gestures, my love, come from memories and habits from long ago. Maybe when you grow up, you’ll wake up right away in the morning like you do now, like me, and you’ll find it hard to fall asleep at night unless you have a steady routine. Our habits are what define and comfort us, and with you, I realize this even more. After just three months, you already have your routine of playtime or reading a little book you love for its colors and pictures. Early in the morning, you have your time with Dad, and later you’re in the kitchen with Mom, baking cakes and making dough.Even this dessert is part of a routine. Grandma’s milk soup, which she has for dinner once or twice a week in winter. Maybe it’s from that coffee-scented aroma that these little cups come to life.Comforting bites that taste like family.Your Mom❤. Loredana_iocucinoTranslated from Cookpad Italy
