Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients, add water graduate to foam a dough then add oil and knead it for 10mnts

Cover and allow it to rise for 1hr, divide your dough into 10pcs, rub your palm with oil and flattened it will your hand

Place a pan on a heat and heat up, then gently Place each flattered dough, cover the pan and allow it to cook for some minutes in a low heat
- 4
Open and flip the gurasa bread, take them off heat when done, repeat the same process till your dough finish. I serve mine with oil, kulikuli and veggies

I was trying to think of something quick to make that my husband would be ok with eating and that wouldn't be to bad with his diet. This isn't exactly a great diet food but it filled him up with a smaller portion and it went well with the butter and herb rice. He is picky so I am lucky he even added onion in ! I came up with this , got the stuff to make it and he ended up cooking it. Now he loves it and so do the kids. Quick , easy dinner. Used light kielbasa and olive oil to help lighten it some.
