Ingredients

  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. Warm water 1cup (you can add more if needed)
  3. Salt 1tspn
  4. 2 tspOil
  5. Sugar 1tblspn
  6. Yeast 1tblspn

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix all your dry ingredients, add water graduate to foam a dough then add oil and knead it for 10mnts

    Cover and allow it to rise for 1hr, divide your dough into 10pcs, rub your palm with oil and flattened it will your hand

  3. 3

    Place a pan on a heat and heat up, then gently Place each flattered dough, cover the pan and allow it to cook for some minutes in a low heat

  4. 4

    Open and flip the gurasa bread, take them off heat when done, repeat the same process till your dough finish. I serve mine with oil, kulikuli and veggies
