  • 2 cupsrice
  • Water
  • Eggs
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Spices (curry powder,chilli powder and tumeric)
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Milk

    Boil eggs for 15 mins, blanche a tomatoes cut the onions grate carrots garlic and ginger etc

    Boils rice and add 1 cup of milk instead of water for the rice and let it cook

  4. 4

    Fry onions,garlic and ginger, puree the tomato and add inside as you add your desired spices and salt to taste

  5. 5

    Add water little by little to get the right consistncey as you peel eggs and cut them,put them inside the now stew and add a spoon of tomato sauce let simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
