Cooking Instructions

Add 1tsp of sugar n 1tbsp of yeast in half cup of warm water.

Sift flour in a bowl, add all d dry ingredients. N add the butter or oil.

Whisk egg n then add the yeast solution, knead and form a soft dough
- 4
Cut a long foil paper and make a circle then staple d end.

Line ur baking pan with parchment paper, then arrange ur foil paper.

Divide ur dough in to 12 equal pieces and mould them into ball shape, arrange it in d foil paper, cover it with kitchen towel and allow it to rise for 30min.

For d milk wash mix 1tsp of sugar n 4tbsp of milk with 4tbsp water.

Apply the milk mixture on top of the dough with kitchen brush and sprinkle sesame seed.

Bake n then it's ready for ur burger.

IKR?Just when I was about to give up, this recipe happened! I was messing around and thought to myself, "why not add the avocado into the dough?" The rest is history. The biggest challenge is to make a vegan "egg wash" so that the sesame seeds will adhere to the buns. "A simple syrup will do the trick", I thought to myself again. It works!
