Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cupwarm water
  4. 1 tbsactive yeast
  5. 1/4 cupoil or melted butter
  6. 1large egg
  7. 2 tbspSugar
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. For milk wash
  10. 1 tspsugar + 4tbsp milk
  11. Sesame
  12. Foil paper

Cooking Instructions

    Add 1tsp of sugar n 1tbsp of yeast in half cup of warm water.

    Sift flour in a bowl, add all d dry ingredients. N add the butter or oil.

    Whisk egg n then add the yeast solution, knead and form a soft dough

    Cut a long foil paper and make a circle then staple d end.

    Line ur baking pan with parchment paper, then arrange ur foil paper.

    Divide ur dough in to 12 equal pieces and mould them into ball shape, arrange it in d foil paper, cover it with kitchen towel and allow it to rise for 30min.

    For d milk wash mix 1tsp of sugar n 4tbsp of milk with 4tbsp water.

    Apply the milk mixture on top of the dough with kitchen brush and sprinkle sesame seed.

    Bake n then it's ready for ur burger.
