Cooking Instructions

Select good lemons, wash and clean them, then dry them thoroughly.

Freeze lemon slices. Slice unpeeled lemons into 1/4-inch thick slices, then cut the slices in half. Store in a food-safe bag and place in the freezer. We can use them for tea, drinks, food, and syrups.

Freeze Lemon Zest. Grate the lemon peel finely using a grater. Place in a small container and store in the freezer. We can use it as zest in cakes, creams, and other desserts.

Freeze lemon juice. Squeeze the lemons whose peels have been zested. Pour the juice into an ice cube tray. Once frozen, remove and place in a food bag. We can use the juice when cooking or whenever we need it.
