Ingredients

  1. 1 cupovernight soaked black chana
  2. 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  3. 1/2 tbspgreen chillies - chopped
  4. to taste Salt
  5. 1large onion, chopped
  6. 1 tbspMustard oil
  7. Few drops of lemon
  8. Coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Take a frying pan, put 1 tbsp mustard oil in it.

    Now add chopped green chilies, garlic to it. Then add onions to it. Cook it until onions turn pink.

    Then add the overnight soaked black chana.

    Mix it properly and cover it. Cook it for 5-7 mins.

    You could add few drops of lemon to it. Coriander for garnishing.

    Serve.
