Ingredients

3 people
  1. 1 cuptoor dal
  2. 2 cupswater
  3. 1/4 tbspturmeric
  4. 1 tbspsalt
  5. 1small tomatoes- chopped
  6. 1small onion - chopped
  7. 2green chillies chopped
  8. 1/2 tbspCumin
  9. 2 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    First cook dal in a pressure cooker.

    Now take another pan, heat pan, take ghee in it, now add cumin, green chillies.

    When they turn brown, add onion and let it turn pink.

    Now add tomatoes and cover the pan so that tomatoes get properly cooked.

    Now add 1/2 tbsp Maggi masala and 1/4 tbsp salt. (If you have already salt to dal else you could add 1 tbsp salt)

    Now mix everything.

    Add this pan mixture to the pressure cooker. And stir.

    Now let it boil on medium flame.

  9. 9

    Serve
