Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssoaked and boiled chana daal
  2. 2medium onion
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspzeera
  5. 1 tbspdhaNiya powder
  6. Half tbsp garam masala
  7. 1 bowlPalak or meethi chopped
  8. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  9. Half tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  11. Sliceginger
  12. Coriander for garnish

    In a pan add oil sliced onion when it becomes soft add zeera then ginger garlic paste now after 5 min add sliced tomatoes and little bit of water now cover it..

    When tomatoes becomes soft add daal and all masala and bhonofy with some water when masala becomes dry add chopped palak or meethi or green chillies then mix it well add some water again cook for some time about 19 min.

    And cover it for 10 min then dish out sprinkle chopped green chillies and Coriander and serve with chapati or roti.
