This went very well with the sauerkraut soup.
Cooking Instructions

Slice the bread, add the butter, mix the cheese, chives, and garlic. Spread the butter over one side of the bread. Turn the broiler on.

Add cheese mixture, cover the whole buttered side. Broil till your desired doneness. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
