Ingredients

  1. 1 cuplow fat milk
  2. 2 cupsfrozen raspberries
  3. 1 tspvanilla extract
  4. 2 tbssugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Serve in a glass and decorate with some raspberries and a colourful straw.
