As someone challenged with Inflammatory Bowed Dis-ease, there are times when nothing stays in longer than 20 minutes. Last night's frustration resulted in this recipe. I felt full & satisfied with this smoothie as my primary 'meal' for the day.

Ingredients

  1. 2bananas
  2. 8 smallpineapple chunks
  3. 1/2 cupfresh raspberries
  4. 1 cupfrozen blueberries
  5. 1scoop protein powder (optional)
  6. 20 ozcoconut water

    OK, I am not a recipe person; rarely make even a new recipe exactly as written lol. Add ingredients in order listed to blender. Blend until smooth. I Had hand-picked blueberries which I immediately put in freezer. The frozen blueberries sub for ice cubes.☺
