The difference between a smoothie and a berry energy drink is the water ratio, which controls the texture. Pour all the berries into a blender, add drinkable cold water and honey. For a smoothie, use 2 1/2 cups of water (about 600 ml); for an energy drink, use 1 2/3 cups of water (about 400 ml).
