Ingredients

20 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 cuprava/sooji
  2. 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1/2 cupsweetened coconut flakes or grated coconut
  4. 3 tbspghee
  5. 15cashews
  6. 10raisins
  7. 3cardamom pods
  8. 1/4 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan, then add cashews,raisins and roast until brown. Set it aside.

    In the same pan,roast rava until it turns light brown. (Grind to fine powder if you prefer)

    In a mixer jar, add coconut flakes and pulse it 3-4 timea if the pieces are too big as you wont be able to make ladoos. Transfer it to the rava pan.

    In the same jar, add sugar,cardamom and powder it. Add sugar,roasted nuts to the rava pan and combine everything well.

  5. 5

    Let it cool down for 10 mins and then Sprinkle some milk, start making ladoos. Now the most tastiest and delicious coconut rava ladoo is ready.
