  1. 3 pcsbig pompano fish
  2. 5 clovesgarlic
  3. 1 tspturmeric
  4. 1 tspcoriander
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tspLemon
  8. 50 mlwater
  9. Dabu Sambal
  10. 3 pcsshallot
  11. 6 pcsred thai chili
  12. 1 tspshrimp paste
  13. 5 pcsgrape tomatoes
  14. 1 tspmushroom stock
  15. 1 tsppalm sugar
  16. Cut or grind them together

Cooking Instructions

    Mix garlic, ginger, coriander, salt and lemon with ulekan(grinder) become paste

  2. 2

    Cut 1 big pompano fish into 4 pcs and mix thoroughly with garlic paste. Wait approx 15 minutes before fry.

    It’ ready with dabu or shrimp sambal to eat with boil kale and warm steam rice😉
