Ingredients

  1. 3Shawarma bread
  2. Shredded cooked chicken
  3. Spices
  4. Seasonings
  5. Mayo_ketch
  6. Cabbage and cucumber
  7. Corn flour
  8. Onion and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Slice your cucumber and cabbage and set aside

    Add your sliced onion to a pan with little oil and saute,add pepper and fry a little,add seasonings of choice and spices to taste, I added tumeric, black pepper,ginger, and soy sauce,then add in the shredded chicken and fold in until everything is well,add little water and Allow to cook,you can add corn flour mixture to thicken it

    Take your Shawarma bread, spread the mayo_ketch mixture,add mayonnaise to your cucumber and cabbage and spread on one corner of the bread,do not mix the cabbage with mayonnaise for long because it will be soggy

    Roll as shown below and add little butter to soften the bread and bake in a microwave for 3 mins,done. If you are baking in a pan, you have to turn the other sides as well
