I was left with a cup of buttercream frosting after making a cake and I couldn't let it go to waste, after so many thoughts about what to do with it, I decided to make some cookies with it.

I was left with a cup of buttercream frosting after making a cake and I couldn't let it go to waste, after so many thoughts about what to do with it, I decided to make some cookies with it.
Cooking Instructions

Whisk the buttercream untill it is fluffy again.

Break in the egg and whisk.
- 3
Add the flour, salt and baking soda
- 4
Mix and knead the dough
- 5
Wrap the dough in a cling film and keep in the fridge for an hour.

Flour a flat surface and roll the dough, cut into different shapes using a cookie cutter.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes
