  1. 2 cuprice soak and drained

  3. 1potato chopped

  5. 1 tspSome jeera
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pressure cooker, add some oil,heat it.

    Add all chopped veggies,add jeera.

  3. 3

    When the onion turn golden brown, add salt and coriander powder.

    Add 2 cup water,add drained rice.

  5. 5

    Cover cooker with lid,cooker on a high flame for one whistle.

  6. 6

    Let the rest 10 min.ready your pulao.

  7. 7

    Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve it quickly.
