This is one of my mom's top dishes.

You can quickly boil the asparagus in the frying pan with salted water. If you cook the scallops rare, they will be chewy and delicious. Recipe by HAL.M

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 15Scallops
  2. 4 stickAsparagus
  3. 10 gramsButter
  4. 2 tspSake
  5. 1Salt
  6. 1Coarsely ground black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the asparagus into easy-to-eat pieces and briefly parboil in salted water.

  2. 2

    Heat up a frying pan and sauté the butter and scallops. When they have lightly cooked, add the asparagus.

  3. 3

    Add the sake, salt, and pepper, stir-fry, and you're done.
