I had a craving for this, so I whipped this up.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1as much (to taste) Flounder sashimi
  2. 4 tbspKombu based mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
  3. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  4. 1White sesame seeds
  5. 1Egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put the flounder sashimi, mentsuyu, and soy sauce in a deep dish and lightly mix. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 10 minutes.

    Prepare some rice in a rice bowl, then top with the seasoned flounder from Step 1.

  3. 3

    Put an egg yolk on the top center and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
