Extremely Convenient Soboro with Onions

I like to keep a stock of this. I added onions to my usual soboro for easy use.

Cooking Instructions

Saute minced onions in a pan heated with oil.
- 2
Add the ground meat, and saute. Once the oil has seeped out of the meat, wipe with a paper towel.

After adding the ingredients, simmer until the liquid has evaporated.

If you layer it on top of mashed potatoes and cheese, and bake in a oven, then you have Japanese-style shepherd's pie.
