Ingredients

  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. 1 tspmaple syrup or sugar powder
  4. as neededDry fruit
  5. 2Ice cube (optional)
  6. 1 pinchcinnamon powder(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash peel and chopped apple.

  2. 2

    Transfer these cubes to the blender, add milk, sugar, or maple syrup, cinnamon and make a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Now transfer smoothie in the glass add dry fruit (I am using resins), add ice cube if you want, and serve right away for the best flavor and taste.
