    Boil the zobo with a little of washed pineapple back. Add a little bakin powder to get rid of the sour taste. Set aside to cool down

    Blend a cucumber and beetroot to smooth paste. Add to the boiled zobo n sieve.

  3. 3

    Add in sugar and flavour, refrigerate or add ice cubes to serve chilled
