My dear friend cheers to our culture ....Don't worry I m not boastful...since I m sociologist..(.to start Phd in the field sociology)...I m not lying tell me is science away of culture..if not then all we do have cultural relationship...n health too is protected by loving arms of culture...Don't get confused...Do you know we take tablets for blood reproduction or proper blood supply,but it is done in secs only by Jaggery...it makes blood circulation...gud...

In a pan add water,Kali Mitch n elaichi..allow it boil...n simmer...

At best after 1 min. Or bit more add milk n give it a stir n leave for another 1/ half minutes or so...
You aur now ready to give a gud mix..n just half min. You aur over n done....
Tips:we need not boil too much milk n jaggery,since the whole might go waste of curdling....just make sure you put jaggery last n rest already done...
