Gongso Chicken Liver and Gizzards

Among the many variations of chicken liver and gizzards dishes, my favorite is still the gongso style..😋
Don't skip the fried shallot topping because it makes the gongso even more delicious.. Try it, Moms, it's great with just some cucumber slices and canned crackers.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare water in a pot, boil the chicken liver and gizzards with the stewing spices, then boil until half tender.
Remove, drain, and cut into pieces.
- 2
Heat enough oil, then sauté the sliced shallots until fragrant, add the sliced chicken liver and gizzards. Fry until slightly dry. Remove and set aside.
- 3
Using the leftover oil from frying the chicken liver and gizzards, sauté the spice paste until fragrant, add the chicken liver and gizzards.
Add a little water, then add sweet soy sauce, mushroom broth powder, pepper, salt, and sugar, adjust the taste. Cook briefly. Turn off the heat (this is up to your preference, whether you want it with a little sauce or dry). Pour onto a plate, then sprinkle with fried shallots.
Serve with warm rice😋

Tom Yum with Fresh Mackerel and Holy Basil Tom Yum with Fresh Mackerel and Holy Basil
This recipe is fragrant with holy basil, easy to sip, sour, salty, and spicy. It's not fishy because we solve that by chopping off the head 😂. Also, I like the broth to be clear. I guarantee, chop off the head, clean the belly well, and the broth will be clear and not fishy. MAYKYNTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -

Basic Red Curry Paste Basic Red Curry Paste
- I like to make my own curry paste by hand. I usually make one mortar at a time, then portion it into bags for single-use servings and freeze them to help keep the paste fresh.- For this review, I didn’t weigh or measure the ingredients; I just estimated the amounts based on what you see in the photos.- This curry paste recipe is a basic version, commonly used for coconut milk curries like Kaeng Tepho, bamboo shoot curry, pineapple curry, and other similar curries.- If you want to use it for Choo Chee curry, Panang curry, or stir-fried curry paste, you’ll need to add a few extra spices (I’ll review those in the future). สไตล์ของแม่Translated from Cookpad Thailand -
