  1. 3/4KABEWA/ pumpkin 🎃
  2. 1/2 cupPalm oil
  3. 1 cupTsakin gwate/maize grits
  4. cubesSeasoning 🧂
  5. Maggi signature pottage
  6. 3Scotch bonnet
  7. 4Tomatoes 🍅
  8. 2hands full Allayyahu
  9. 2Red bell pepper
  10. 3/4kilo Liver
  11. 2Onion 🧅
  12. 2 tablespoonsRoasted ground nuts 🥜

Cooking Instructions

    Per boil the liver for some minutes wash again and cut into smaller pieces

    In a separate pot add palm oil greated tomatoes pepper scotch bonnet and onion

    Stir fry for a minute add water then the pumpkin and liver

    Add seasoning cubes and the signature allow the pumpkin to soften then wash the tsaki and add quickly stir it in other not to make lumps

    Cut spinach wash and add leave for a minute and take up the gas
