This is the 3 ingredients mango smoothie. One big secret to anything smoothie i make is freezing the ingredients 😅. Trust me, it makes a whole difference in the texture and look, rather than just throw in plenty loads of ice cubes which ends up diluting my smoothie. It works magic. So the only cold liquid that goes in is either cold milk, yogurt or juice depending on which i am using.

Ingredients

  1. 4large mangoes
  2. 1big cut fresh ginger
  3. Freshly squeezed pineapple juice

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and remove the inner flesh of the mangoes

  2. 2

    Put in a covered container and freeze

  3. 3

    Then break it up and add some cold pineapple juice and pealed ginger roots and blend until smooth

  4. 4

    Enjoy
