Ingredients

  • 1large handful of fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupskim milk(or unsweetened coconut or almond milk)
  • 1 cupfresh pineapple
  • 1/2banana(preferably frozen)
  • 1peeled kiwi fruit
  • 1/2 cupplain or vanilla greek yogurt(or pineapple or coconut)
  • 1 tbspground flax seeds
  • 1 tbspcoconut flakes(mine were sweetened)
  • 1packet of stevia(or artificial sweetener of choice) or a bit of honey
  • 5or 6 ice cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend first three ingredients for at least 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    Add all remaining ingredients and blend another 30-45 seconds. Enjoy!!
