  • 200black bread
  • 1 literwater
  • 25 gsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry the bread in an oven

  2. 2

    Pour hot water on the bread and add sugar

  3. 3

    After it cools, put everything in a jar and wait for 2-3 days

  4. 4

    Separate bread from gira by pouring it out of the jar through cloth, put gira in brown bottles and store in a fridge
