No more hassles of bringing the ingredients or noting down the long steps in it's preparation. It's a hassle free dish and can be made with just a couple of ingredients. Green Peas is a good idea became they are easily available in everyone's pantry as they are stored in large numbers by almost everyone for later use. Even I do the same. Ingredients

25 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 3-4 cupsleftover Rice
  2. 2 tbspSambhar Masala
  3. 2 tbspGarlic minced
  4. 2 tspSalt
  5. 2Bay Leaves
  6. 1 tspCaraway Seeds
  7. 2 tbspOil or Ghee
  8. 1 bunchCoriander Leaves chopped
  9. 2Onions finely chopped
  10. 1 tspDry Mango powder or Amchur
  11. 1 cupGreen Peas
  12. 1 tspRed Chilli powder

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat Oil and saute the Onions. Add the minced Garlic and all the masalas.

    After a minute, add the Green peas. Stir fry all of these for about 3 to 4 minutes.

    Mix this with the Rice. Cover and leave it on a low heat for 5 minutes just to reheat it.

    Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with any pickle or as it is. It tastes equally yum.
