  1. 3oatmeal cookies/ you can also use low cal cake or cookies
  2. 1/2 cup (140 G)low fat greek yogurt
  3. 1 tbsdream whip dry mix (optional for consistency)
  4. 1/2 tbsvanilla (optional)
  5. 1/2 tbsstevia / or any Low cal sweetener (optional)
  6. Protein powder (optional)
  7. 1 tbsdark coca powder
  8. Espresso

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, cream whip powder, vanilla, sugar, and protein powder

  2. 2

    For assembly,add a layer dipped cookies in coffee dip
    Then half of the yogurt mix
    Then another layer of cookies
    And last a layer of yogurt mix

    Dust with coca powder

  4. 4

    Leave to chill in the fridge no less than 2 hours before serving
