Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 100 gsugar(1tbsp stevia powder for low carb diet)
  3. 500 gmascarpone
  4. 200-250 mlespresso
  5. 1 shotdark rum
  6. Lady fingers
  7. Cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Separate egg yolks and white

    Mix 50g of sugar with egg yolks till combined. Add mascarpone

  3. 3

    Mix 50g of sugar with egg white till it’s fluffy. Pour into yolk and cheese mixed bowl

  4. 4

    Mix espresso with shot of rum. Put one at a time ladyfinger in the fluid for one, two seconds then put it in a tray, arrange nicely a layer of ladyfingers. Then pour the mixture till it covers the whole layer. Continue putting another layer of ladyfinger and then pour the rest of the mixture on. Leave it in the fridge for 3h. Enjoy!
