The macaroni is overcooked for this recipe so it's very soft but it's needed so that when you add the vinegar and other ingredients they get soaked up by the macaroni. Very good alternative to potato salad.

Can use elbow macaroni, or medium shells whatever you have on hand. Very easy but very tasty.
