This is a healthy and soothing soup in summer specially for weight loss and persons with diabetes.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupfresh curd
  2. 1 cupgrated cucumber
  3. 1/2 teaspoonseach of cumin powder, black salt and grated ginger
  4. leavesmint

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add grated cucumber, cumin powder, black salt, ginger and few mint leaves to a blender jar. Blend this mixture till smooth.

    Add curd to the mixture and blend again. Add water 1/2 cup or as per desired consistency and blend. Cold soup is ready to serve.

    Pour the soup in a bowl, cool it in a fridge, and serve with mint leaves and cucumber & lemon pieces.
