Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbroccoli
  2. 2 tbsproasted sesame
  3. 1 1/2 tbspsesame oil
  4. 1/2 tsprice vinegar
  5. 1/2 tspsoy sauce
  6. 1/2 tsppink Himalayan salt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces

  2. 2

    Bring a pot of water to a boil and add in 1 tsp of salt after the water boils

  3. 3

    Boil broccoli for 2 minutes and then place the broccoli into a bowl of ice water for 2 minutes and drain well

  4. 4

    Add roasted sesame, soy sauce, salt, vinegar, and sesame oil and mix well with the broccoli. OR, mix the dressing ingredients in a small bowl first before adding them to the broccoli
