Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Oil
  3. Onions
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Red pepper
  6. Tomatoes
  7. Ginger and garlic powder
  8. Eggs
  9. cubesSeasoning
  10. All spice
  11. Oregano

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel and pre cook your potatoes then set them aside.

  2. 2

    Strip cut all your vegetables, pound your Scotch bonnet.

  3. 3

    In a pan add your oil your strip cut onions then your ginger and garlic allow to fry for a while aďd your Scotch bonnet keep frying

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the vegetables, seasoning cubes and your spices mix then pour in your pre cooked potatoes.

  5. 5

    Whisk your egg in a bowl pour it in side your pot of potatoes cover add allow to cook, open and turn check for your seasoning then add in your cut tomatoes cover allow to simmer for few minutes and its done.
