Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1Aburaage
  2. 1packet Bean sprouts
  3. 2 tbsp● Ground sesame seeds (white)
  4. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1 1/2 tbspSugar
  6. 1 tsp● Sake

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ● ingredients in a bowl.

    Remove excess oil from the aburaage by soaking in hot water, then draining it, and toast both sides in a toaster oven until golden brown. Slice into 7 to 8 mm thick.

    Braise bean sprouts briskly in hot water, or heat in microwave, then drain excess water.

  4. 4

    Add the aburaage and bean sprouts to the bowl from Step 1, toss well, and serve.
