I wanted to make something using kyohou grape compote.
When combining the dry ingredients in Step 12, mix until well combined, but be sure not to over-mix or the batter will deflate. If the butter is cold, it will sink to the bottom and will be hard to mix, and will cause the cake to go flat, so be sure to properly warm it.
