2 tbspparmesan cheese
100 gramsmozzarella cheese
6strips of bacon
1 bunchspring onion
1 1/2 tbspflour
2 tbspwhipping cream
30 gramsbutter to fry
1/2 tspeach salt and pepper ,or only to taste

Clean,grate potato.,bring to blanch in salted water,cool in runny water until cold,drain,set aside

Chop some spring onion,bacon,add in potato bowl and all ingredients ,mix well

Heat fry pan on medium ,add butter ,scoop the mixture to fry until golden ,flip to other side ,wait until golden ,serve this hot for side dish or serve on breakfast :)
