Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbeans
  2. Carrots, scotchbonnet & onions
  3. Seasoning cube, mixed spices & curry
  4. 1tspn of salt
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Coating
  7. 2eggs
  8. Seasoning cube, mixed spices & garlic powder
  9. Grated scotchbonnets & onion
  10. Bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sort & wash the beans, add salt & water to cook until so soft, wash the veggies & grate, add the all the spices & cube, add the grated veggies, mix & mesh the beans.

    Wash ur hands, take a small portion of the mashed beans & roll in an oval motion.

  3. 3

    Crack the eggs, add the spices & beat, deep each ball in the egg, place all sides,in the bread crumbs & fry in oil.
