Ingredients

  1. 21/2 cupbeans
  2. Scotch bonnet & onions
  3. 2/3 cupflour
  4. Seasonings, spices
  5. 1/4tspn of salt
  6. 1/2tspn of ajino moto

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the beans in water for 2mins,pour in the blender, on & off the blender repeat 5times, and soak it in water for about 15mins, the bark will flow on top of the water, use your hand to remove some, use sieve of mesh sieve to remove the filtrate, add scotch bonnet & sliced onion, add a little water & blend.

    Add seasoning, spices, salt & ajino moto, mix,add the flour & beat for about 10mins.

    Dip fry in hot oil & enjoy.
