Ingredients

  1. 1cup(derica) of Bean
  2. 1medium size Onion
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2 tablespoonsdry pepper
  5. Vegetable Oil enough to fry

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the husk of the bean, then soak for 30 minutes or more.

    Blend the bean with onion

  3. 3

    Pour blended bean in a bowl add the dry pepper

  4. 4

    Mix the bean mixture until fluffy then add salt to taste

  5. 5

    Scoop with spoon into heated oil and fry until golden brown. Serve with pap/ soaked garri
