Cooking Instructions

Cut away the hard bottoms from the enoki mushrooms, wash with running water, and cut into halves.

Put in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and put in a bowl.

Add the crab sticks cut in half and ● ingredients to enoki mushrooms. Mix together well and you're done.

Tip: It's better to mix wasabi and mayonnaise well before mixing with all the ingredients.
