Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 largebag Enoki mushrooms
  2. 5to 6 Imitation crab meat sticks
  3. 1 1/2 tbspMayonnaise
  4. 4to 5 cm ● Grated wasabi from a tube
  5. 2 tsp● Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
  6. 1 dash●Thin scallion, sliced into small rounds (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut away the hard bottoms from the enoki mushrooms, wash with running water, and cut into halves.

    Put in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap. Heat in a microwave for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and put in a bowl.

    Add the crab sticks cut in half and ● ingredients to enoki mushrooms. Mix together well and you're done.

    Tip: It's better to mix wasabi and mayonnaise well before mixing with all the ingredients.
