Spinach and Bacon Sauteed in Butter

No need for a story - we all know it's an ever-popular menu!
You add the leaves later to prevent burning, so make sure not to overcook!

Steps
- 1
Mince the garlic, and chop the bacon into 2cm pieces.
- 2
Rinse the spinach in water. Cut the leaves into large thirds.
- 3
Over medium heat, melt the butter in a wok and fry the bacon and garlic. Add the spinach stems.
- 4
Add the middle part of the spinach and continue frying over a medium heat.
- 5
Turn the heat to high and add wine (or sake). Warm yourself up as well!
- 6
Add the spinach leaves and stir-fry quickly.
- 7
Drizzle soy sauce from the side of the wok. Season with salt and pepper, mix, and it's done!
- 8
Be careful if you're eating this on your own - you'll definitely gain weight!
