I had crusts leftover from making sandwiches, so I cooked them and made rusks.

The bread will soften if you add oil to the frying pan, so I recommend you don't use any! Recipe by nyannyan

Ingredients

  1. 1 sliceworth Bread crusts
  2. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the crusts and cook in a frying pan.

  2. 2

    Remove from heat when they have browned slightly. Coat the crusts with sugar, making sure it doesn't burn.

  3. 3

    When they are fully coated, they're done!!
