Mutter Paneer

I learned this recipe from different chefs. Mutter paneer can be eaten with roti, paratha, Naan and rice.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take a bowl and boil green peas at a low flame. Now, take a vessel and boil the milk. After one boil, add lemon juice and keep steering until the milk cuddles.
- 2
When the milk cuddles, take a muslin cloth and transfer paneer into it.
- 3
The next step is to wash paneer with cold water to remove sourness of lemons. Now, tie paneer in a cloth and keep it aside for few minutes.
- 4
Take a mixer jar and add onion pieces, tomato pieces, garlic cloves, green chilli and ginger. Grind them all and make a paste.
- 5
Now, take a pan and add oil and butter. Let it heat for few seconds and add bayleaf, cinnamon stick and shahi jeera. As Jeera crackles, add onion tomato paste, salt and cover the pan. Let it cook for 2 minutes and steer to avoid sticking at the bottom.
- 6
Then add turmeric, dhania jira powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala and red chilli powder. Add little water and let the mixture cook for few seconds. Add coriander leaves and boiled green peas and salt.
- 7
Now, open the cloth and cut paneer into cubes. Add paneer cubes into sabji, salt and mix all the ingredients properly.
- 8
Then add fresh cream or malai and mix all the ingredients again. Finally, serve Muttor paneer with fresh coriander leaves.
