Here are the ingredients

Start by adding oil, water and peas in a pan.

Cover and let it cook for 5 mins

Add in carrots and green beans and cover for another 5 mins.

Then the mince meat and sliced onion
- 6
Curry, garlic and seasoning to taste

Keep on stirring on a low flame. Then add the grinded scotch bonnet, shambo and chopped tomatoes.

This is the result. Keep stirring for about 4 mins.

Pour in ketchup or tomato paste. Its an optional. But It gives more tasty than not using it.

Add in chilli powder. I used dakakken yaji and it taste yummy.

Let it cook for 6 mins and enjoy!

Fry thinly sliced white onion in olive oil. Add your beef strips and cook till brown on medium heat. In the meantime prepare your peanut sauce.
