Cooking Instructions

    Wash offal thoroughly and strain it. Pour it to a pot, add chopped onion, nutmeg, thyme, black pepper, little water and put on a medium flame. Allow it to cook.

    Add in grated scotch bonnets and red peppers, ginger and garlic paste, seasoning,salt to adjust the taste, curry, little oil and stir all together. Then add more water (in little quantity), diced potatoes, sliced onion and stir. Allow it to cook until very soft and the soup is stiff. Turn off the flame and serve.
