I made a chocolate version of a maple and cinnamon cookie.

An easy recipe that just involves mixing the ingredients and baking.
Only use as much liquid as needed to bring the dough together. If it doesn't come together properly, add a bit of oil or maple syrup, but replace with water or soy milk if you're counting calories. Ingredients

30 servings
  1. 70 grams☆Cake flour
  2. 60 grams☆Whole wheat flour
  3. 15 grams☆Cocoa powder
  4. 1 pinch☆Salt
  5. 3 tbsp●Maple syrup
  6. 3 tbsp●Canola oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Use a whisk to mix together all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 160℃.

    Add ● ingredients into the Step 1 bowl. Use your hands to mix thoroughly and bring the dough together into a ball.

    Transfer to a work surface, and roll out to a 5 mm thickness.

    Divide the dough into 2 x 3 cm pieces. Transfer to a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 160℃. Turn over over, and bake for another 15 minutes.

    These are also amazing if you mix in 15 g of roughly crushed almonds.
